情绪控制了身体
在古代当帝王的话，暴君就是任性、行为被情绪牵动。
拥有权利和极大财富，过着任性妄为追求自己欢愉的生活。
才不可能当上贤明的帝王呢。
一点小事就定义为背叛，心里无法原谅。事情的重量就如墙上被打死的蚊子血漬，不重要却很碍眼。
所以才不把感情放入这么多，太痛苦了。
暴君是人人为我，我不用为你。

一月計劃建議
一個月運動瘦身怎麼做？劉燦宏醫師建議：
1.第1～15天：純做有氧運動，每天累積1小時。
2.第16天開始：先做有氧運動40分鐘，搭配15～20分鐘的無氧肌力訓練，可一直維持這個運動比例，繼續朝目標邁進。
3.必須搭配飲食控制，否則再怎麼努力運動都難瘦下來。
