Lost in Translation.

In the movie, there is a conversation between Bob and Charlotte which is impressed me.

Bob taps( or touches?) Charlotte's thigh, saying " you're not hopeless".
I found the video clip from youtube; however, the editor cut off the sentence. For me, it's a bit of pity,but, it is still classic.

English subtitle is inserted in the clip.
